  • Mahalee.com sells only digital eBooks/PDFs.

  • We do not provide physical shipping or courier services.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is not applicable.

2. Digital Delivery

  • After successful payment, the eBook is delivered electronically.

  • Access is provided instantly via:

    • Your Mahalee account (My Library / Downloads)

    • A confirmation email with download link.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • In most cases, access is instant.

  • Rarely (e.g., technical delays), it may take a few hours.

4. Access Issues

  • If you do not receive your eBook, please contact our Support Team with your Order ID.

  • We will verify and resend the digital access immediately.
